Return & Exchange Polic

We would like to assure our valued customers that every item sold undergoes rigorous quality control inspections, ensuring a topnotch product experience. Our commitment to providing excellent furniture products is further strengthened by our comprehensive warranty policy. Rest assured, all items purchased directly are covered by the following warranties.

Cancel the order
If you contact us promptly after purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment is completed and the package is not shipped, you may cancel your order before your item is delivered. We will refund all your money. Packages are shipped and orders cannot be canceled.


Accepted Returns:
If you feel that the item you received doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, returned merchandise must have the original contents attached and be in the original packaging. Please note that items failing to meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund. Certain items are non-returnable, including:Special Priced Items, Flash Deals, Bundle discounts (unless the entire bundle is returned), Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.

However, it's important to note that if your product is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In such cases, the consumer will not be responsible for any shipping fees. If the return is due to reasons caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be determined by the chosen express company. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer will not be required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Not Supporting the Return:

1) Returns Not Accepted for Unauthorized Damage:
Please note that returns will not be accepted if the damage to the item is caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, or abuse.

Arrived Damaged:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, kindly contact our customer service immediately and provide us with photos or a video showing the defect or damage within 30 days. Once we have assessed the situation, we can offer a full refund in such cases.

Missing Parts:
Should your product have damaged or missing parts, we can either send you the new parts or provide a partial refund. If the missing part affects the functionality or usability of the product and cannot be repaired by yourself or a local technician, we will either send you a new item or issue a full refund.


2) Doesn't Work or Defective:
In the event that you receive a nonfunctional product, please reach out to our customer service for technical assistance. We will provide relevant guidance. If the issue persists and the product remains nonfunctional, you may request a refund. If the received product is defective, our customer service will offer technical support or propose a solution. If you are able to repair it yourself or through a local store, we will provide some compensation accordingly.

Incorrect Package Sent:
If the item you receive is entirely different from what you ordered, please promptly contact our customer service within 30 days and provide proof such as photos or a video of the incorrect item. In such cases, we will arrange to send you the correct item as a replacement.

3) Special Circumstances
1) Non-Receipt of Goods:
In the rare event that you have not received your item or your package is missing, please contact us immediately. Our team will provide further assistance. Kindly provide us with your order information (order number, email address, etc.). Our customer service will investigate the issue by querying the corresponding logistics tracking number and handle it on your behalf. Please note that some orders may be split into multiple packages due to product weight and quantity purchased, which could result in delays in arrival.

2) Description Mismatch:
If, upon receiving the product, you find that it does not match the description and there is a genuine issue, please capture a photo or video to substantiate the problem. Additionally, describe the issue in as much detail as possible. Based on the situation, we will arrange compensation, resend the product, or issue a refund accordingly.

4) Return Confirmation

1) Initiate Return:

Please allow up to 7-14 business days for our team to process it once it's received at our facilities. We thank you for your support, understanding, and extended patience!

Packaging and Labeling:
When returning your package, please ensure that the item is in good condition and includes all accessories originally provided. Affix the return shipping label provided by our customer service onto the package.

Return Address:
Please ship your package to the following address: Room 312, Building 1, Qiuyi Road, Changhe Street, Binjiang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. This is where the return will be processed.

5) Refund and Compensation Process

1) PayPal Refunds:
Refunds processed through PayPal may take up to 48 hours to be processed and reflect in your PayPal account.

2) Credit Card Refunds:
For refunds made to credit cards, please allow for a period of 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The specific duration depends on your credit card company and any intermediaries involved in the transaction.

Note: Price Fluctuations
Please be aware that the prices of products on our website may fluctuate based on costs. We will not provide refunds forany price differences resulting from such fluctuations.
